Makes about 14 pancakes
This was my sister's and mine favorite breakfast on weekends and now it is my kids' favorite, also works for dinner :-)
In a medium bowl beat;
11/3 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Heat a very lightly oiled (we prefer butter) frying pan and pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Brown on medium heat until small bubbles appear, than turn over and brown the other side. Serve hot with syrup or Nutella, strawberries and light cream.
I found the idea of serving meat balls on wood sticks online one day looking for kids friendly food. I tried many times to make turkey meatballs but this is the best by far according to my kids. Also great as appetizer for adults,

My daughter is responsible for the attractive name.
0.5 lb. (250 gr) ground turkey (I used 15/85 lean meat)
1/4 cup of your favorite bread crumbs
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp olive oil or mayo
1 tsp mustard
Salt and pepper
1 egg yolk
Heat oven to 425 F.
Mix all ingredients well and form small balls. Use wood sticks to give it a lollipop look. We used the ones used for barbecue but any kind of sticks that are suitable for baking will do. Bake for 20-25 minutes on baking sheet in a large flat pan until golden brown.
